With Super League status and new stadium development plans in their sight, Hull KR asked Sportswise to investigate a range of issues including season ticket and match ticket customer satisfaction and local businesses interest in getting involved with the club.
The programme Sportswise created adopted a number of different techniques that are part market research, part email-marketing and part direct mail. Our approach was to use the best tools available to give the club maximum value.
Our Work
1. A strategy meeting to review and agree business and project objectives
2. Sportswise delivered a tailored proposal for a programme of 3 research
projects covering the target groups of interest - season ticket holders, match
ticket purchasers and local businesses.
3. Online, email, telephone and paper-based methodologies were deployed
in the project that delivered a wide range of outputs including benchmark
customer satisfaction through to business leads for contact and revenue
generation.
