Sportswise have been engaged by Arsenal FC to run a range of research projects ranging from membership research to corporate catering assignments ahead of their move to the Emirates Stadium.

We have deployed a number of different methodologies for the club including on-line research through to tele-depth interviews that allow us to get beneath the issues they face and deliver concise and actionable research output.

Our Work

1. Detailed briefing meetings with club and partner representatives to set
    key objectives for research.

2. Design of detailed survey approach and content:

- catering: menu options, preferences, price evaluation

- members: reasons for lapsed membership, interest in alternative   
  membership

3. Management of all fieldwork stages including tele-depth interviewing and
    online set up. Use of expert Business-to-business interviewers for Club Level
    survey

4. Debrief of results to different target audiences


Our Feedback

We used Sportswise to look at our Red Level Membership scheme and to look at what the primary motivations for joining were.

The research was also used to provide an understanding of the members experience covering customer service, member benefits and ticketing access.

The results Sportswise delivered enabled us to focus on how we can develop and refine our Red Level Membership moving forward
