Our Methods
We use the following research approaches and recommend to you which to adopt:
1. Online surveys: We use our own in-house software that delivers fast and
attractive online surveys for clients. We can easily reach your consumers with
target campaigns
2. Face-to-face interviewing: We offer interviewing in-home, in-street, at
events, in-store, or at central locations and have access to a national network
of experienced ‘quality-marked’ consumer interviewers.
3. Telephone interviewing: We supply telephone interviewing for effective
consumer and business research. Sportswise use Computer
Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) and partner agencies that have attained
industry 'quality' marks.
4. Self-Completion surveys: Sportswise are expert in paper-based surveying
and manage large supporter and employee surveys. We can process
projects as large as 40,000 interviews using modern scanning technology.
5. Qualitative: We have internal and external expertise to draw upon
depending on the project requirements and target group for research.
6. Online Qualitative: This is a newly emerging research technique and
Sportswise are at the forefront. We recruit research participants through
online surveys or emails and conduct an online focus group or bulletin board
over the course of 2-3 days.
