Perform engaged Sportswise to conduct a Usage and Attitude survey amongst users of official Football League Club websites. The survey was conducted amongst subscribers and lapsed subscribers of the premium content services available from official sites e.g. video and audio serivices.

The survey had a number of aims including benchmark satisfaction measurement, usage behaviour and attitude towards official club sites

Sportswise created a survey approach that included telephone and online research.

Our Work

1. We met to agree objectives and research design. The survey was
    needed to report on a range of issues to ensure client value

2. We created a detailed survey questionnaire that addressed the two
    target groups (sub and non-subs) within one framework

3. We analysed and presented benchmark satisfaction results to the entire
    staff at PTV
